The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Cancun Furniture only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Cancun Furniture reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Shipping
Delays
Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Cancun Furniture will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Items received damaged
Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. While cases are extremely rare, it does happen once in a while. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, print "Damaged upon Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. If product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.
Payment Sales
Tax
All sales will be made in State of Dallas (because the customer will see the product from the shop and purchase over website or Vice versa).
Payment methods
Our secure server accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa / Visa Electron and Switch / Maestro.
Cancun Furniture does also accept checks and wire transfers. These payments must be made in full at the time of purchasing. Orders will be processed once the proper funds have cleared.
User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.

Order Status
You may login using your email address and chosen password to view order history, print receipts, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Returns
Merchandise purchased from Cancun Furniture may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling (Toll Free No). Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to restocking fees. Non-stock items and special orders are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: ADDRESS.
Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.
Order cancellation
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.
